Tom Psichogios is a specialist in the mechanical design and material selection for gas turbines and turbochargers. He is skilled in new product design and prototype fabrication, as well as stress and structural analysis. Tom has participated with TMS in the structural design and material selection of a very high temperature turbine rotor, as well as the preliminary design of a compound turbo diesel engine power recovery turbine. He is currently working with TMS to improve the longevity of APS powerplant turbochargers. He previously worked for  Sundstrand Power Systems and Solar Gas Turbines.
